1. Why did I get this Notice?
You or someone in your family may have purchased real estate brokerage services directly from one of the Defendants between February 13, 2005 and February 13, 2009, inclusive.
2. How do I know if I am a Class Member?
You are a class member if, between February 13, 2005 and February 13, 2009, you paid cash to an agent of one of the following brokerage companies (Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, Freeman Realty, Howard Hanna Company, Northwood Realty, or Prudential Preferred Realty) to represent you in the purchase or sale of real estate in the following counties (Allegheny, Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Clarion, Butler, Lawrence, Armstrong, Indiana, Beaver, Westmorland, Washington, Greene, Fayette, and Somerset).
3. How much money will I be receiving?
Your share of the fund will depend on the amount of commission you paid, the fees and costs to be paid from the fund as approved by the Court, and the number of valid claim forms that Class Members send in.
4. How much is the settlement fund?
The settlement fund totals $2,375,000.
5. How do I receive my share of the fund?
To qualify for payment, you must send in a claim form. Read the instructions carefully, fill out the form, sign it, and mail it to the Claims Administrator postmarked no later than October 14, 2011.

6. How do I get a Notice and Claim Form if I did not receive one in the mail?
A Notice and Claim Form can be downloaded and printed from www.strategicclaims.net/westpennsettlement or you can call toll-free at (888) 502-2601 to request one be mailed out to you.
7. When will I receive a check?
No payments will be made until after the Court grants final approval of the Settlement and after any appeals are resolved, if any. The Final Approval Hearing is currently scheduled for November 1, 2011, but it is unknown at this time when and if the Settlement will be finally approved by the Court. In the event that your address/name changes during that time, please contact the Claims Administrator to update that information.
8. Do I need to have my own lawyer?
No. If you are a member of the Class, then you are represented by Lead Counsel, Goldman Scarlato & Karon, P.C. If you want to be represented by your own lawyer, you may hire one at your own expense.
