SCS oversaw a $13 million settlement involving 1.2 million notices and more than 100,000 claims, the majority of which were paper claims. Administration was completed shortly after the claims deadline, and Class Counsel complimented SCS for effectively handling the high volume of paper claims.

SCS managed notice to over 680,000 class members and processed more than 30,000 claims. All claims were handled without error and completed shortly after the filing deadline. SCS’s fees and expenses came in 20% under budget.
