Paul Mulholland

Mr. Mulholland is the founder and CEO of SCS and has been with the business since 1999. Mr. Mulholland is the key liaison with counsel on administrative cases and oversees all operations of the business. Mr. Mulholland has over thirty years of experience in all areas of notice and claims administration. He has administered over 600 class action settlements representing billions of dollars of settlement funds. 

Mr. Mulholland holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wheeling University, is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (inactive) and is a member of the AICPA.
