As a result of the increasing spread of the COVID-19 virus, the final settlement
approval hearing scheduled to be held in this case tomorrow, March 13, 2020, at
12:30 p.m., at the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, 50
Walnut Street, Courtroom MLK 5B, Newark, NJ 07102, will be held telephonically.

Any Settlement Class Members who would like to participate telephonically may do so
by dialing in at 866-810-8222 at 12:30 p.m. on March 13, 2020. The Court will
conduct the telephonic hearing in the courtroom, and any Settlement Class
Members who choose to do so may attend in person.
