On February 13, 2012, the Court modified the time of the Settlement Fairness Hearing. That hearing will now be held at 8:30 a.m. (Central) on February 16, 2012, before United States District Judge Amy J. St. Eve at the Everett McKinley Dirksen United States Courthouse, 219 South Dearborn Street, Courtroom 1241, Chicago, IL 60604.

Please note that if you filed a timely and valid Proof of Claim Form in any of the previous four settlements that Proof of Claim Form will serve as your Proof of Claim Form in this Settlement and you are automatically eligible for a recovery in this settlement without needing to submit another Proof of Claim Form.
