James Facciolla has been with Strategic Claims Services since March 2016. He oversees the claims filing process, including quality assurance, fraud detection, and third-party filers. He also supervises and trains the analysts.
James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy & Sustainability Policy from Pennsylvania State University. In his free time, James enjoys hiking with his wife and trying new foods.
